can a gcse student teach primary school students

hello! im currently in the start of my gcse and i was looking for a job i can do over the summer when i turn 16 i was thinking of working in retail but i feel like that would take to much of my studying time away so i wanted to see if i can be a tutor for primary school students i feel like that would be a bit easier for me and i really like working with kids because i might wanna be a teacher so as a 16 year old can i tutor kids in primary school?

I don't think most parents would want someone without any qualifications tutoring their child.

You could baby-sit after getting a paediatric first aid qualification.
Legally yes.

However as Muttley79 says, you'll be hard pressed to find any parents willing to hire you.
