How do I shadow a doctor?

If you have a careers advisor try asking them to contact hospitals for placements. Otherwise the NHS website has a section talking about it: https://www.healthcareers.nhs.uk/explore-roles/doctors/applying-medical-school/gaining-experience-medical-school/work-shadowing
You need to contact institutions yourself, clinics, care homes etc (if your council offer early year stuff try contacting your local council as they can place you in a hospital for experience as well)
