Dropping Epq and uni offers

I took on an epq at the start of this year but I feel as though it’s too much work, I applied fir law at UCL, Warwick, Nottingham and Bristol, I’m yet to hear from UCL and Bristol. I’ve gotten an offer back from Nottingham which is AAB excluding epq and Warwick emailed saying they don’t offer reduced grades for EPQ but I’m unsure about UCL and Bristol. The problem is, I’ve already sent of my UCAS which has epq listed as a qualification and also I mentioned my epq in my personal statement.

Dropping an EPQ mid-Year 13 is common, and no Uni is going to insist that you complete it.

Yes, some Unis will make 'alternative' lower grade offers to those taking an EPQ (ie. AAA or AAB plus A in EPQ etc), but there will always be a standard 3-grade offer. Just email each of your Unis and tell them you are dropping your EPQ, and complete this UCAS form to remove it from your application - Request to amend qualifications listed on your application | | UCAS
