Ah cool are you doing A levels? first or second year?
I'm applying to KCL, and then Uni of Bristol, Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool with predicted grades AAA, and a lot of volunteer work abroad under my belt so fingers crossed. Where were you thinking of applying for if you were gonna do sociology and politics?

I’m doing English lit, history and sociology! First year. I was thinking of applying mainly to unis in London as that is where I am based. Is sociology and politics the same as social and political science? Also, what career are you looking to get into? Thank so much for the reply

Think they're pretty similar yes, my main plan is probably looking at going into working for some kind of NGO or IGO, but a bit part of the reason I chose the course is because I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, I knew that the course would give me a lot of options so its a big reason I picked it! you have plenty of time, being at the start of year 12 I was at a very different point degree wise of what I wanted to do now, so be open minded and focus on your interests

Hi there!

We offer a Sociology and Politics course! It's really popular so I definitely recommend looking into it further! I will attach the link here.

It will be a complete 50/50 split between the two subjects as well. We're quite a small university in a nice little suburb so that might be something else to think about when looking at universities!

Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us!
Thanks,
