Yeah I have parents like this too and it's so annoying, they refused to take me to the Nottingham open day in back in June. Leeds is a great uni anyway so I don't see what the problem is. U should go there if u like it, it's your degree

Leeds is well respected for Maths - a few of my students have gone there.
Loved it - one of them won a prize for top student! Leeds Uni supported the formation of UKMT in the 1990s and the UKMT office was onsite until the pandemic.
