Hi Fahim,
I understand how stressful this situation can be. If your CAS progress is still at 61% after a week, I recommend reaching out directly to the International Admissions Team or the CAS team at Coventry University. You can email them at [email protected] or call the admissions helpline to request an update you can find the number on our website here.
Make sure you've uploaded all the required documents and completed any additional steps they’ve asked for, as delays often happen due to incomplete submissions. If everything is in order, let them know about your time-sensitive visa application and intake date, and they should prioritize your request.
Best of luck, and I hope you receive your CAS letter soon!
Hope this helps.

Hi there,

I understand how frustrating it can be when you're unable to get through on the phone. It’s great that you’ve emailed them—hopefully, you'll receive a positive response soon. In the meantime, I recommend continuing to check your inbox and spam folder in case their reply gets missed. Sometimes, university staff may be dealing with a high volume of inquiries, which can cause delays. While you wait, keep all your documents ready in case they request additional information. You might also want to follow up politely if you don’t hear back within a few days. Stay patient, and hopefully, the situation gets resolved soon!
Thank you for your patience.

Thanks & Regards,
