Currently year 12 in sixth form looking to leave school to have an apprenticeship

I can’t work out if this is a good idea or not. I hate my new sixth form I moved from my original secondary school after 8 years of being there, joined college studied childcare for 5-6 weeks then ended up having to leave because there was no 2 year guarantee, meaning I wouldn’t get the full level 3 qualification which is equivalent to 3 alevels. I had decided level 2 wasn’t for me doing animal management in another college because I wouldn’t be getting equivalent of 3 alevels I would have originally been getting previously. Now I’m in sixth form it’s December and I’m doing alevels I don’t like wasting time and feel like the subjects are not what I want to do I also don’t want to go to uni and my alevels are a bit random I really wanted to do drama it was the only alevel I wanted to as I’ve always enjoyed it expecially in gcse, but could never have the confidence quite yet to be on stage. I also do English and film studies although class sizes are small in the only person in film and 3 other people are in my English class I don’t really have friends yet as I’m new and haven’t got to know them well enough. I haven’t been in for a week and I need to figure out by tommorow or the next day if I should leave the school and start an apprenticeship or if i should stay. I don’t have an apprenticeship placement yet so that means I would be applying after I left.
I’ve always hated school and wanted to leave but what would you do and why?

what apprenticeship would you do if you left sixth form? if I was in your place id stay in sixth form until I got an apprenticeship offer because i personally wouldn't want to sit around at home whilst not being in some form of education.

Thank you for the reply I have decided to leave sixth form as it was for the best for me. I’m applying to many different apprenticeships such as early years (childcare), animal welfare, brand and marketing, content creation, barista, baker, hair and beauty and loads of other jobs too and also going to start volunteering with children and animals soon as well for more experience. Again thank you for the response and your opinion!
