replacement tenant needed!
Hi! I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy from December/January all the way till the end of this academic year (June). It is a 6 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms in a great area in Rusholme (10 min walk to Uni!). It's £671 a month, 156 a week, including bills and the deposit is £520. The bedroom includes a double bed, stool, desk, chest of drawers, mirror and a clothing rail. We are 4 friendly guys and 1 girl (all second and third year MMU). We like staying in and going out!
