Physics Mechanics AQA

Does anyone have any good tips for understanding questions and/or understanding how best to think to understand mechanics questions? I’m not sure if some logic was lost on me but I can’t seem to understand anything in the topic at all and would appreciate any help whatsoever!

Is there something like the pmt flashcards/questions you could refer to to be a bit more specific? So if youre flicking through
