Deloitte Offer shortlist

I completed my AC for audit at Deloitte, and have been told that I have been shortlisted.
So if people reject their offer it’ll free up space.
Has anyone had this before, and did they receive an offer in the end? And how long did it take for them to receive an offer

hello mate, i applied to a pwc degree apprenticeship 2 years ago and got shortlisted after waiting for AC results for a month. I then had hope for an offer for months afterwards all the way untill a level results day, people who also got shortlisted got an offer so i had big hope. However in the end a lot of offers went out as lots of people backed out, however i didn’t get an offer. Still gutted to this day

Yeah I got shortlisted for KPMG apprenticeship. I didn’t receive an offer. Offers are definitely sent out just got to hope your at the top of the list

I'm short listed for both KPMG and PWC. From what I've heard from a friend already at KPMG, some shortlisted candidates will be offered a role, albeit this can be very late (June-ish time for them).

What role are you shortlisted for PwC? They said that they will start giving out offers from next week so surprised to hear that.

did they say this for apprenticeships?

I don't know, I'm applying for graduate schemes.

My feedback report was all positive but still got short listed. Not sure what they’re really asking for, it would’ve been helpful if we got some negatives so we knew where to improve on
