Coventry Children nurse interview

I have received an interview from Coventry university for children nursing. There are no time slot available for the online interview which is what I needed. I phoned the admissions team and was kept on hold for 30min and had told me that there are no spots available and there’s nothing that can be done. However, in the email it stated that there is always time slots being uploaded. I have been checking every day multiple times a day for a week and there has been NO new time slots. Also in the email it stated that if there is no interview booked within 14 days that I may not be able to go on the course that I want to. When I phoned the admissions team I was told to ignore that. Also, when I contacted the admission team she had told me to keep checking until the end of December but I thought that the interviews must take place in December. I don’t know if I was told false information but am very confused on what to do.
