Can I apply to a university with predicted grades lower than the entry requirement? If I do is that an instant rejection or is there a chance of an offer? For context, I am predicted AAB but 2 uni’s I want to apply to have entry requirements of AAA. Thanks!

Yes, many Unis will make 'aspirational offers' to those with predicted grades just below the entry requirements but he likelihood of that will depend on the Uni and the competitiveness of that course.
The usual advice is that its worth one 'risky choice' like this - just be prepared for No - and make sure your other choices are more realistic, with at least one choice below your predicted grades.
