Changing a choice on application

I've sent my application into my school and its currently with them, if I speak to the adviser that its with could I get one of my choices changed as I've had a change of mind on just one of them?

If they have not yet sent it to UCAS, they can return it to you for you to make any changes.
Even if it has already gone to UCAS, you then have 14 days to make any changes to your choices.

Note that UCAS systems have been “improved” which means that if a centre sends an application back to you to make adjustments they will need to re-add your predicted grades to your application before sending to UCAS.
We’ve had a number of cases where a centre forgot to do this so I assume that UCAS isn’t clear to centres that this happens.

It’s probably safer to substitute the choice after it’s gone to UCAS imo
