Changed course NHS funded course to a course with tuition loan

Hiya,

Im in my first year at uni and i changed my course from an NHS funded course to a humanities subject. I received an email from my uni about outstanding tuition payment. I didn't know I had to change my SFE details.

I called up SFE and I was told to fill out a change of circumstance form to get the tuition loan. Im panicking. Is that all i need to do? Will i be eligible for the tuition loan by SFE?

Hi there. For the course, has any payment been made yet to either yourself or the University at all? When did the course start? Is this Full Time? Thanks, David

No payment has been done for the tuition from my part. I started in September and changed course in October. It is full time.
Okay thank you. Also, do you have any other previous study? How many years have you studied and what year of your course are you going into? Thanks, David

Other than secondary school study and A-levels, no. I switched within the first few weeks of university. The same university, same year just different course. 2024/2025 is my first year ever at university

Hi Myuserppl,

In that case, completing the Co1 form is all you need to do.

Thanks,
Calum
