ATAS Delay for 5 months??

Hi everyone I applied for the ATAS certificate for my PhD on the 19th of July 2024, for a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. I feel like I am going absolutely insane. Anyone else in a similar boat??

I submitted on 27th September and yet no updates. I've sent them 2 email, also I asked university to assist but there is no good news.

My mental health has gone down the drain completely... I have been waiting for this certificate for 5 months and to have it all possibly taken away from me is too much to bear. I am doing my dream PhD with my dream supervisor in such an amazing place, I can't deal with the thought of having to look for something else (and doing nothing for at least a few more months)

Just for your information, after three months from your starting date, you should apply for a new one with an updated starting date.

My course started on the 1st of October, they allow me to extend my latest enrolment date until 30th of January.
