Laboratory assessment day / interview

Hey guys,
I have a job interview at Eurofins for a DNA analyst. I recently found out the type of questions / requirements someone got asked at their ‘assessment’ centre.

A) So the first part is an interview and they basically ask you questions. One of the questions was how you have taken initiative, another was how would you prevent contamination in the labs (not by PPE).

B) Then second part was a paper to demonstrate attention to detail and a percentage difference paper with thresholds of stutters in DNA profiles.

C) Another section was gowning up and down and a mini practical using pipette and a small dilution

Any similar interviews / advice would be appreciated too!
