I really really need a way to remember the functions of vitamins A B1 B2 B3 C D and what their deficiencies cause as well as minerals calcium phosphorus sodium chlorine magnesium iron and what theyre for. (Plus what theyre found in but i fan ignore that for now?)
My tests is TMRW and i CANT remember them.
Someone please help. Ive been trying for ages and it just wont stick into my head.
(The test is mocks. And theyre starting with paper 2 bio and im going to cry.)
