My offer for uclan university just changed to unconditional, and UCAS told me that the university will contact me to complete the enrolment online. Can I ask when that will happen? Thank you

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch with us on this! Enrolment typically opens 6 weeks prior to the start of the course, all eligible students will be contacted via the email provided on their application with instructions on how to complete online enrolment.

If you would like us to look into you record and provide further detail, please send us a direct message containing your name, email, UCAS ID or Student Registration Number and a member of the team will be back in contact. It's great to hear that you are starting with us next month! Enrolment typically opens 6 weeks prior to the start of the course, all eligible students will be contacted via the email provided on their application with instructions on how to complete online enrolment. To enrol, follow the course enrolment link in MyUCLan.

Hi my course starts on the 15th so enrolment for me would’ve been last week any updates on that please? Studying medicine and surgery and already have an unconditional offer

Hi, my course is Dental Surgery starting on the 1st of September and I haven’t heard anything about enrolment yet. I have an unconditional offer and completed my occupational health and DBS check. When can I expect to find out about enrolment please?

Hi everyone,

Due to the current UCAS Embargo, no enrolment emails are able to be currently sent out. All eligible students will be contacted via the email provided on their application with instructions on how to complete online enrolment. To enrol, follow the course enrolment link in MyUCLan. This will happen after the Embargo ends, most likely from next week 🙂

Don't forget to join our Facebook community groups if you haven't already here: Social campus

Our Facebook community will give you an idea of what to expect from university. It's a great way to make friends with people before you’ve even arrived here.
There is a community group for each undergraduate subject area where you can:

Make friends with people from your course or subject area.

Share resources and ideas on course assignments and projects.

Ask questions about your course and University life.

Keep up-to-date on #UCLanFreshers and Welcome Week news so you don’t miss a thing.

Current students will also be on hand to answer any questions you might have and you can remain a member of the group until graduation and beyond.

My course starts on the 1st september, will we be given enrolment before the other courses starting in late september? We are getting a bit worried now as it’s in just over two weeks, thanks.

Thank you for your message and patience. I completely understand why you may feel worried. I would recommend doing our welcome checklist below and make sure you have everything covered before university starts. Welcome checklist

Offer holders receive an email from us asking to confirm that their personal email is correct.

If this isn't confirmed, we'll be unable to send offer holder's University username and instructions to set a password, timetable and other important information.
