I got my login details and I’ve set them up but can’t enrol? I can get onto the university network but it won’t let me log onto MyUCLan. Anyone else had this?

Same! And idk why, maybe we need to wait for a day so the system will update itself?

Just rang them and got told that we should be able to enrolment from tomorrow and it’s a system error not letting us do it yet

Thank you and I really appreciate everyone's patience with this. I am looking into this and have contacted various teams and waiting for a response. Once, I hear back I will let you all know an update.

There is more information on this on our handy checklist here: Welcome checklist Once each stage is complete, it may take 24-48 to update the system so check your emails and so on then please.

Hi everyone, thank you for your ongoing patience. I've had an update. As you can imagine it's a very busy period with clearing and enrolment so it's taking slightly longer for the systems to be updated, which is why some students can't enrol just yet.

I would advise to check again in 48 hours and if it's still not working, then please direct message us or call 01772 89 1828 (option 3). Again, thank you for staying patient.

Hi there,

Once you have your login details, you’ll be able to view your timetable and find dates and times for your classes and lectures. This includes your Welcome and induction timetable and you can get to it via the Student Hub. There is more information on this and other tasks to complete before joining us next month here.

Hi

Does anyone know if the timetables change throughout the year? Only ask as I have a few weeks with nothing at all showing. Also do exams show already or do they get added at a later date, as im wondering if they could be the current blank weeks?
