Hi
Does anyone know if the timetables change throughout the year? Only ask as I have a few weeks with nothing at all showing. Also do exams show already or do they get added at a later date, as im wondering if they could be the current blank weeks?

Hi @Commegena,

Let me check with our timetabling team and get back to you. From what I remember when I was a student here, it can change slightly but we got enough notice to say so. It didn't change often so I wouldn't worry.

Hi @Commegena,

Thank you for your patience. Here's what I found out for you.

We try not to make changes to your timetable, but sometimes this is unavoidable. It's really important that we have your up to date contact details to be able to inform you when something does have to change. Here's how we'll get in touch:

•

Changes within three working days will be sent to you via SMS and email.

•

Changes within one week will be sent to you via email only.

•

Timetable changes that have been requested by your lecturer in advance will just be updated on your online timetable so check it regularly just in case.

I also got told that there may be various reasons for the gap so if you'd like you can fill out a simple form with some further details from you and someone will be back in touch, which you can access here. (Internal link*) Exams are usually published 6 weeks before hand but this also can someone times vary depending on course.
