Having issue on my cas shield of coventry university

There is no option of interview tab in my cas shield my agent mailed them and they haven’t solve the issue and i have already sent half year fees what can be a solution for this issuee

Have a read of this recent CAS shield thread. Coventry are notoriously bad at all things CAS-related, and have been that way for years. See if there is any advice or contact points to follow from the Coventry rep.
