RAM audition

Just finished my piano audition in RAM today, really enjoyed it and the environment is far better than RCM imo.
However, the student guide there told me there’ll be a second academic audition followed up within few minutes the initial one. I did get an email, but it said I’m good to go after the first audition.
In order to make myself painless, can someone tell me what does that mean?

After my initial audition, I was invited to an academic audition which had a short score analysis, aural tests and questions about composers I’m intrigued by. I did end up getting and offer from the Academy. However, my friend also applied but was not invited to the academic interview and did not receive an offer. Composition. But it was hilarious how varied each conservatoire was. I got a scholarship from RAM and RNCM but rejected from RCM and Guildhall. Where are you hoping to go?

Wow that’s really shocking. Lowkey I got rejected by both RCM and RAM. I confidently thought I would get in RAM tho🥴. Anyway, I’ve only got an offer from my back up RBC, quite a less popular option. Btw I auditioned for piano, maybe thats way too competitive compared to other instruments.
A bit of selfish content here, please go to RAM for me. I will be fully prepared after 4yrs audition for RAM postgrad again, because that place is phenomenal.
