A generic list is kind of pointless as the key factor of what makes someone very successful is their individual qualities and their aptitude for a role. Put simply there are plenty of unsuccessful people in high average paying careers and plenty of very successful people in low average paying careers (medicine pays well but only for the people who stay in this career, and there are thousands quiting every year, same with banking etc). There are of course some careers which pay a lot more than others but it does not mean anything if you are not any good at this role or have an interest in it.

My advice is to look at careers where you have aptitudes in and go from there.

As above, that's not the way life works. Your specific degree is maybe 50% relevant to you first role (but often not at all), and maybe 10-20% relevant to your second role (if it was relevant to the first) and thereafter, its how good you are at your job that determines 'success' in your career.

So there are no degrees now that can't lead to a successful career, but achieving a successful career is based on your personal qualities and success in the workplace. So you need plan your degree and first career step based on what you are good at and what you are interested in.
