Contract choices

Im in year one of a four year contract with a company in which I get a degree. After I graduate in four years I have to stay for two years or pay them £65k to leave.
Should I stay the six years or look to transfer uni courses after three so I can still graduate and move employers?

You stated that you have two options:
1. Leave after four years and pay them £65K.
2. Leave after six years and owe them nothing.

Where does the leave after three years option come from? How much do you have to pay them then?

Nothing if I leave after three; the option is to move from the employed course to a normal uni to finish my degree

Well, the three-year option seems much more attractive than the four years + £65k option!

Comparing it with the six year option is difficult because it will depend on the company, the work you're doing, whether or not your enjoying it, etc.

If it's a great place to work, you learning loads, and it's all relevant experience, then the six year option looks best. However, if the company is not so great, and you're not enjoying being there, then moving after three years would seem better.
