SFE Minimum Maintenance Loan

Hi so i’ve applied for the maximum maintenance loan and i’ve also submitted a PFF2 form for household income but i’m still given the minimum. Do i have to wait until they have fully processed my application including the PFF2 form or will i have to submit it again.

Yes, I’ve submitted it on the 24/10/2024 but was told there was a system error which delayed my application

Hi najoegold,

If you have provided the PFF2, you don't need to provide this again. If there is a system error on your account, there is a dedicated team who will be looking into fixing this for you. I advise to allow time while monitoring your account and email, as they will update you as soon as they are able to resolve the problem and award you with the income assessed element of the Maintenance Loan.
