Manchester usually replies fast, my friend applied for biochem there and got an offer in less than a week. Imperial is more competitive so would probably reply in January-March

i'm actually planning to do neuroscience I just applied to one biochemistry course in Reading as a safety

Hiii I’m applying for NatSci and Biochem with NatSci at Durham, Nottingham and Loughborough and biochem at Bath and Exeter! Predicted A*A*A in bio, chem and maths and I’m also doing an EPQ. My application went off to ucas yesterday so hopefully I’ll start hearing back soon 🤞
nice!! i was considering applying for natsci at bath cos i liked their modules. out of curiosity why are you applying for natsci and not straight biochem for all options?

It really depends on the courses tbh, for me, I personally like the flexibility of the NatSci courses, being able to pick modules that relate to biochem but also being able to pick modules outside of my course eg at Durham I would study bio and chem but have credits to take classes in maths, earth science or econ to really broaden my degree. I hope to go into biotech one day so modules at bath for their biochem degree really appealed to me 😁
