Glasgow applicants who haven’t completed a widening access programme

Most of the University of Glasgow’s adjusted entry requirements for widening access students require the completion of a programme (e.g. law requires Reach or Top-up). Do applicants who meet the adjusted criteria and have extenuating circumstances but haven’t completed these programmes still get considered? And if an applicant has extenuating circumstances and meets the standard (non-adjusted) entry requirements but hasn’t completed these programmes, will their extenuating circumstances still be considered as relevant to their application by admissions?
You'll probably get a conditional offer that asks you to do the top up course or summer school in addition to any extra grades

In my experience my offer said I had to compete the uni of Glasgow summer school as part of my offer. I emailed the uni giving my evidence to not do it and the uni wouldn't budge so I had to do the summer school.

The summer school isn't bad, you do get tested but it's not hard to pass if you attend and pay attention (I went to the science one and the first week they started off teaching N5 level stuff before working up to higher level science)
