Your A level grades meet the minimum requirements and for law, no official GCSE requirements are listed. This would mean that you only need to meet the University of Birmingham’s minimum requirements for any course, which is a 4 in English and Maths. Qualifications-wise, you would not be at a disadvantage in the admissions process. The rest is really down to other aspects of your personal statement and the quality of your application in comparison to others. I wouldn’t worry about your grades, even if you are a non-contextual student. I received an offer for law back in October with lower and lesser GCSEs than you, so I wouldn’t think that GCSEs is something Birmingham prioritise heavily for law, so long as you have the required (or near the required) A levels grades. On the website, they have an offer likelihood calculator that you can input your information into, which will tell you how likely you are to receive an offer for your course based on your grades.
