KCL transfer tenancy agreement / residence

Hey everyone,

I'm living in Vauxhall residence (Kings Accommodation - Postgraduates only) and I'm looking to transfer my lease agreement in January 2025 (anytime). I’m staying in an en-suite room (private bathroom) on the 4th floor (£341 p/w). If you know anyone who is interested, please contact me for further information.

The residence is near Vauxhall and Nine Elms tube stations. It is also just 45 minutes' walk from Kings College.
