How to enhance my application to econ with these subjects

Maths physics spanish art
Wanting to drop spanish and do an epq already
Want to do work exp online and irl,read books,do volunteering and extracurricular etc
Is there anything else you other than the basics you think can make me stand out?
I want to apply to
Bath Durham King's ucl warick Exeter and a few more but those are my top (ik it's only 5)
Help I couldn't do fm because of my grade but in the summer I want to teach my self some statistics modules
And econ was oversubscribed

extracurriculars really help support your application, especially with personal statement. since it shows your engagement with the topic and your interest for it. if you're doing economics, maybe read some books or do a MOOC that sounds interesting to you. if you do maths, are there any math awards that you could talk about? olympiads perhaps? having maths is really strong for if you want to do econ as many modules are math heavy. for personal statements, its very strong to have lots of extracurriculars- books, lectures, moocs, work experience, literally anything about your subject that you don't do in school/in syllabus. many universities actually focus on personal statements since grades are always similar
