City, University of London (psychology with criminology )

Would it be too risky if applying City, University of London for the Bcs psychology with criminology? As their entry requirements is AAB, compared to my A-level grade BBB. I was thinking about trying because what I saw in UCAS : Grades held by accepted students was BBB. Would it be worth to apply if I try as best as I can in the personal statement?
Many thanks

Be aware that 'last year xxx was accepted' doesn't mean that you are guaranteed an offer - these stats are very misleading. Its still a risk, but as long as you are prepared for No, one choice like this is fine. Just make sure that your other choices are more realistic and that you have at least one choice well below your predicted grades.
