dont know.We would need to ask that during our offer holder day.BY the way what day did you book?30th April or 7th May

how do tuition fees change after first year because its a four year course but only 3 years actually spent at uni what with the placements.

I’ve also been wondering this, I know someone who is in first year flying start accounting. She said she thinks the years with placement end up being 6.5k ish.

Please can you tell me anything from Newcastle offer holders day that's important? I couldn't go. How many went? Did they talk about dropping a grade and still getting in?

ACA qualifications (ICAEW) exams are changing. 3 stages: certificate lvl, professional lvl, and advanced lvl.
Have to complete 14 exams now.
Can’t do advanced lvl during university as it is considered course graduate only.
Need 450 days of relevant work experience. University will give u approximately 200 days.
All modules r compulsory
Tuition fees.
Year 1: 9,535
Year 2-4: £6.833
£10,000 PwC financial bursary for day to day living costs.
Can’t change offices between stages.

also around 100 students were there. but only 70 will be accepted, as not everyone gets the grades. not sure about the dropping grade. what is your offer?

Sorry do you have to apply for the financial busrary and when do you choose which office you want to do your placements in?

They accept students with AAB first. If there are places left then they will look at other grade combinations with equal points like A*AC.

hello since I got rejected from the flying start programme I got alternate offers for accounting and finance and im choosing Newcastle. so is anyone firming Newcastle? If yes which accomodation are y’all choosing? I’m confused coz I want something near the business school since my classes r going to be conducted there


How come you’re firming newcastle. Nottingham or Manchester are more prestigious,

i remeber them saying that they will accept all the students that accepted their offer.BUt they also said that last year there were around 60 people i think.
