acces course when I already have alevels?

hi, i'm in my first year at college and I take Alevel Psychology, Alevel Sociology and an Applied Diploma Criminology. I do think I can get good grades in all subjects, but i'm planning to do a clinical psychology degree (has been my life plan for as long as I can remember). i'm worried that I wont be able to get into a good uni without science alevels. does anyone know if I'd be able to do an access to science course after I've already finished my alevels? so i could get science alevels. (my college won't let me switch my options). the only way I could get them without an access course would be to stay an extra year and switch subjects, but then I feel this whole first year would be wasted, and I'd like to get something out of it. thanks!
hi there! before you make any decisions, you should first check with your universities that you want to go to whether you can in fact apply despite not having done any science a levels. you can find out quite easily on subject pages but note that every uni can be different depending on entry requirements! if a uni doesn’t require you to have done science a levels, i wouldn’t worry too much about changing unless you’d like to.
