am i overreacting?

one of my friends has been hitting me a bit too much for my liking. she does it after i do something to annoy her, which i understand, but its causing me to lowkey dislike her. i dont think shes being malicious or anything, at most i get a little bruise, but i never hit her and i dont think that she hits our other friends. i dont know if im overreacting and this is like regular friend stuff.

Try and talk to her and be honest! I understand it's easier said than done, but let her know that it's making you uncomfortable. She shouldn't be hitting you to the point you're getting bruises. What are you doing to make her 'annoyed'?

its usually silly stuff but i get how its pretty annoying like one time we were doing quizzes on her laptop during a study period and i turned it off haha
I used to tickle my bros back in secondary but realised that it’s low-key abusive and plays off patriarchal issues where struggles that people are having are shrugged off “due to the severity of them” being “small” in comparison to other issues. Ive since stopped, I now spend my days procuring mangos in Pakistan, what I would suggest you do is speak out and even try to just converse to them about what they’re doing be is wrong
