University requirements

I’m currently studying biology and psychology a level, then criminology applied diploma but I want to study medicine to possibly become a paediatrician. Everywhere I’ve looked requires a chemistry A level, what can I do?

Not all medical schools require A-level Chemistry. You can see the current UK medical school entry requirements here: https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=5611422 - biology/psychology/another A-level would meet the requirements for 10 medical schools.

The bigger potential issue is that the WJEC certificate in criminology is not an A-level and may or may not be acceptable in place of an A-level. I would suggest you contact those 10 medical schools directly to ask about that.

Note that to become a paediatrician you need to study medicine. It's not an either/or situation. The one directly leads to the other, and there are no other routes to becoming a paediatrician.
