i am already in DWP as an AO. They put everyone on the reserve list no matter what the score. Just the higher scoring ones will be contacted over the next couple of weeks usually with an offer

Explains why everyone is getting the reserve list, thanks! Anyone know how to find out your position on the list?

Go to the portal and click on 'chat with us'. You will be able to chat with a representative: make sure you have ur applicant ID ready, am email will be sent to tell you your position on the list.

May be worth waiting untill they have made some offers over the next week or two before asking

Hi I got a provisional offer, they would have asked you to accept the provisional offer first? If so it basically means you got the job once they've completed the basic I'd checks etc

I got an email yesterday saying I was put on the reserve list. So I have not gotten an offer yet, just an email today asking me to complete the checks. Guess the offer would come after like you’ve said.

If you login to your application centre and then check the communication section it may help clarify. Fingers crossed you'll receive the offer too 🙂

Are you guys already civil servants? If not that maybe why and an offer might be pending for you :smile:

. I'm already in the Dwp so I think those checks have already been done.

Nothing new in communications outside what I have received by email. Wondering if this means they are getting through the reserve list very quickly. Hoping for an offer soon!
