Hello,Is a person who studies for a levels at home then for personal reasons did not pass them, eligible for Access to University course funding

The eligibility criteria for the Advanced Learner Loan are here:

Failing your A levels won't affect your eligibility, but you need to be 19.

Thanks very much. It's not for the advanced learner loan I mean like college funding for access to university for a medicine access course? In the event a person took a levels and did not yet pass are they counted as eligible in that case for access course funding for 19 plus (rather than Advanced learner loan)

It is the advanced learner loan that you will need to apply for to pay the college fees for an Access courses. It's explained on this page:
