Hi,
I applied for this and other roles. I have been made an offer elsewhere while device engineering is still recruiter review so I think they are a slower department than others.
Goodluck - you have one less competitor haha

If anyone also has an assessment centre or has had an assessment centre for device engineering how are you preparing?

Hey congratulations on your application so far! How are you preparing for the assessment centre, have they asked you to prepare anything in advance? Thanks!

No they haven’t. I’m honestly stuck on how to prepare for the technical interview. The motivational interview I’m just trying to use the STAR method and also reflecting on what I genuinely like and what can set me apart

Have they mentioned anything about what could be included on technical interviews? Graduate first is a good website to refer to for that 🙂 once again good luck you’ll smash it

I am coming into this discussion wildly late, but I had my interview (interestingly NOT assessment centre) today 9-10.30am. It went well, and I hope to get a place.
It is interesting to hear about an assessment centre that was on the 18 Dec, they also emailed me on 6 December to inform me of my interview.
They asked me around 25 questions in total, focussing on my motivations, guiding me through a scenario and then asking questions about my projects at university, particularly focussing on FEA.

Has anyone heard back from GSK for the device engineering placement? And does anyone know how many places are on offer for this placement?

Has anyone started this placement and how is it going?
