If you explain your situation to your school/college then they might be willing to be your correspondence address

Might be a little risky they might call CPS and don't want that to happen

Ask the uni to send correspondence by email only

Are you signing up to university through UCAS? Surely there must be an option for all correspondence to be sent by email and not post. Or if you’re applying directly let them know to send everything by email.
It’s rare for universities to send anything by post anyway, I wouldn’t worry about it.

When I sign up for uni, can I ask the college to keep it confidentual and not to tell my parents which uni I am going to.

Do you mean your sixth form college? Because you said you’re not in any sixth form atm, from my understanding. Sixth forms and universities won’t tell your parents what university you’re going to anyway, by the time you apply you’re 17/18, why would they go round and tell your parents that?
Never heard of that anyway.

Tbh you should probably tell your parents you’re going to uni, it’s not a bad thing to do and can be advantageous for you to grow professionally and personally. Have some rough plan and reasons as to why you want to go. They’re going to know eventually anyway.

I'm asking because during the university application process they ask for your address which I don't have

Coming back on to the main question does anyone know how I can apply for uni I don't have an addresse when applying for. I need to wait for a few more years until I turn 18 and I ask my brother that in the last year of college they make you apply for it and also I will be in the same place so how could I do the interview if the uni ask for one. I wouldn't able to got to the place it's like 2 hours away form where I live my parents don't allow me to go outside so this will make it harder.

I am thinking after I have turned 18 and finished college I will pack all my things and go straight to the area I want to live in but have to live in a hotel for a few days to look for an apartment and a job near the uni I want to go to

Also I heard on the Internet that you shouldn't bring your phone with you because it will be tracked but I only think its when you don't tell the police where you are going. So should I get a new one or kepe my old phone when I go through with the plan.

But the thing is that when I am leaving I want to change all my personal details and when changing my phone number does that mean I will also have to change my uni application and to my renter

This is a lot. I'm not sure what to advise you, you must add an address on your application, but you can let them know you prefer to be contacted by email.
Anyway, from what I remember (when I was there 7 years ago) you apply to university in your second year of sixth form. So you have time to think about all this then, for now I'd focus on your GCSEs if I was you.
