Pre CAS interview

Hi there,
I have been accepted into Brunel University to pursue a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and I am preparing for the upcoming interview. Does anyone have any information about the interview process or the types of questions that may be asked?
Hello Congratulations on your acceptance to Brunel.

They may ask a range of different questions at interview so it's a good idea to prepare for all eventualities.

Firstly look at the academic/technical questions so check out the Brunel MechEng page and what the core topics are.

Next be ready to discuss your previous work/volunteer experience in the field and any related projects you have done.

It's always good to bring some knowledge around the uni itself. So why Brunel? Why this course?

They could ask some problem solving scenarios so get ready to test your analytical thinking.

These are just some potential scenarios but I would make sure you're well read up on the course at Brunel.

Good luck with your interview,

Sophie
