Payments.

Really confused with my payment dates this year (new university If that matters)
Previous payments were spread over the year.
February, May, September.
This year it’s December, January and April.
So after Aprils payment, is that it until December again? Really confused this time around!

Hi there, just to confirm are you looking at the maintenance loan payments and not the tuition fees? Thanks, Jason

Yes my maintenance loan. I started my course in September. A delay caused my application to be approved in December. Received my first payment in December, I have another in January and another in April.

Hi Lauren, if the first payment was delayed and not able to be paid on the first day of the term (September) this is why it's showing as December as that'll be when it's able to be paid to you. Thanks, Jason

I understand that, but I’m just confused about why the second is January and the third is April, surely it would have been better to have these spread out. It was last year in my previous university.

Hi Lauren, because they are scheduled in line with your term dates. Your second term begins in January. So because your application has now been approved it means term 1 is late and that's why they are close together. Thanks, Jason
