Deloitte graduate role waitlist

Hi everyone! I have been waitlisted by Deloitte for a graduate position. I appreciate the chances are small, but if anyone has been in the same situation, could you please share your experience? Do people actually ever come off the waitlist at all? Any insights appreciated! Thank you

Tax in London. I did my FSA over 2 weeks ago and got waitlisted last week and got the report today. Was also emailed. Not sure, but it looks like they call only if it’s an offer. What role and location did you apply for?

Tax consulting Cardiff. Was ur feedback report positive? And how did u think FSA went for u? Were u expecting offer after?

The feedback was really positive, and I did feel quite confident after the FSA. I felt particularly good about the presentation and discussion, the second part went quite well as well. Felt like I connected with both people and had a nice chat with both of them after the interviews. So I was really hopeful an offer would follow. How did your FSA go?
When did you receive the email about being waitlisted? In my case the report followed a couple of days after.

Ye same my topic discussion and interview went really well. I connect with interviewers well, I had partner and director wbu? I was expecting an offer. I got email about being waitlisted on Friday I did FSA on Wednesday. So 2 days after

I had a partner and director too!Oh at least you heard from them really quickly, I waited fortwo weeks. And the feedback report literally doesn’t evenindicate any scope for improvement under any strengths,not sure what I can even take on board as according to it Idid really well… let me know please what your report is likewhen you get it

Yeh I haven’t got report yet. They told me they were taking 2 people when I was there 😂. So I dunno what chances are getting an offer from waitlist. But saw some people on student room who got an offer after like 2-3 weeks being on waitlist

I'm on the waitlist too and on my feedback call, from what the person said is that it's not very common to actually get an offer if we're on the waitlist sadly. She said it only happens if someone rejects their offer or fails the background checks etc, so our chances to make it out the waitlist are pretty low 🥲

I was waitlisted for London Audit and got an offer, so it is possible.
