Often, as higher education providers, we throw around terminology that we expect everyone to know, but often this isn’t the case, and there aren’t many opportunities to ask what certain things mean.

We thought we’d start this thread to explain some terms and give you the opportunity to ask for clarity on the ones that you don’t quite understand.
