When do you receive the Bursary from Imperial College London?

Hi, my daughter has received a maintenance loan for Imperial College London and was told that the Bursary is automatically applied for on the student's behalf, especially when the parent's income is low, all the relevant documentation relating to the parents' salary has been submitted to student finance when applying for the maintenance loan. However, my daughter has not received any confirmation about the Bursary, does anybody know when she should receive confirmation of this? She started in September 2024.

I know we have up until May 2025 to submit household incomes BUT this has already been provided via student finance when applying earlier this year for the maintenance loan (and a maintenance loan payment has since been received). Does anybody know who my daughter should contact directly to chase this up, student finance or Imperial? Or any idea of when a Bursary confirmation will be received?
