english speaking exam

hi its currently 11pm and i have my english speaking exam tomorrow and i am still currently writing my speech (in my defense they moved my speech 3 days ahead with no warning) and all my friends have theirs after mine so i wont be able to get any tips from them

but anyways i am very anxious and i would appreciate any tips that helped anyone while doing theirs

also luckily my favourite teacher is grading mine and is letting me do it with just her in the room but i am wondering if this will affect my grade as i have no other audience

it wont affect ur grade if u have no audience but i do advice that u act like u are speaking to an audience because they will grade on your speaking skills so please please please dont talk monotone (someone in my class did that and i was cringing so bad because you couldnt feel any emotion in his voice and he spoke so low u couldnt understand it) speak loudly and try make some eye contact with the camera if u feel like you can.

and this is my experience but they asked questions at the end of your speech to make sure you have an understanding for what u just spoke abt for example , "what shocked you the most when researching this topic?" thats what my teacher said to me but idk if urs will but if they do try not to panic just think of a good response

and my teacher said to me theres no way of failing unless you haven't done it (so even if its bad u will pass) soo maybe this will make you feel better?

goodluck try not to get too shy infront of the camera and your teacher (coming from someone whos super shy lol😭)
