What should I do + reasons?

Stay doing LSE Econ or drop out and do Warwick maths

My reasons: a) I hate it at LSE
b) maths is more respected than economics
c) I enjoy doing maths much more than economics
d) Not interested in IB and that's the only thing LSE is good for
e) Don't want to switch course at LSE because of (a) and also because maths at LSE is so bad, everything we do is behind all other unis for maths. i.e. we don't go into the same depth or breadth as other unis. Kind of pathetic to say its a "top uni" which everyone venerates
There's also option 3:
Apply for Warwick maths for 2025 start and finish and pass the year at LSE

That's what I would recommend unless you cannot stomach the idea of staying at LSE for a moment longer or you have a nice full time job lined up to fill the rest of the year

Yeah I just don't really fancy taking 2 gap years, plus I'd be in extra debt for the next term of LSE which I could avoid by dropping out and applying to Warwick this cycle?

Switching to Warwick for sept 2025 start and finishing your current year wouldn’t be a gap year?
You can apply to Warwick now while continuing at LSE until the end of the year.

The debt for the rest of the year isn’t significant given you would have a CertHE from LSE to add to your CV instead of a year of unemployment.
