Epq help urgent

I’m doing my EPQ on epigenetic modifications and how it contributes to PTSD. But how do i write my essay into it I’m so confused and stuck. Can anyone give me advice on how to elaborate/structure my essay etc pleaseeee!!!! So far I’ve only got resources that show evidence of people with PTSD with higher levels of methylation on the gene but i dont know how I’m meant to get 5000 words out of that?

so just find 3 or 4 main topic areas that you wanna talk about. Then for each section really break those areas down and go into a lot of detail.

I dont know much about epigenetic modifications so do some research into the 3 biggest things that you could talk about. For the EPQ, detail is your best friend.
