Fantasy books? Help

Hi  Would anyone be able to recommend any good fantasy books/book series? Or just let me know which fantasy films and books are popular among fantasy fans? Thank you!
Famous ones: Harry Potter and Percy Jackson series
Less famous ones: The Land of Stories, Songs of Magic series, A Pinch of Magic series (I love these three so much), The House with the Chicken Legs and other Sophie Anderson books, The Dreamsnatcher series (this is book 1 of the trilogy)
Some fantasy I'd reccommend is:

anything by Brandon Sanderson, though I'd suggest reading his Mistborn Trilogy first (The Final Empire, The Well of Ascension, The Hero of Ages).

The Farseer Trilogy by Robin Hobb (Assassin's Apprentice, Royal Assasin, Assassin's Quest).

The Tainted Cup by Robert Jackson Bennett

The Rage of Dragons by Evan Winter (and its sequel, The Fires of Vengeance)

anything by John Gwynne, I'd particularly reccommend his Bloodsworn Trilogy (The Shadow of the Gods, The Hunger of the Gods, The Fury of the Gods).

China Mieville's Bas-Lag Trilogy (Perdido Street Station, The Scar, Iron Council), though they are pretty weird and not for everyone so bear that in mind.

Temeraire by Naomi Novik (a 9 book series so I won't list them all, but the plot is very like a tv series so it's easy to dip in and out of).

The Last Unicorn by Peter S. Beagle

Sabriel by Garth Nix

The Priory of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon (and its prequel A Day of Fallen Night)

The Broken Earth Trilogy by N.K. Jemisin (The Fifth Season, The Obelisk Gate, The Stone Sky), though I'd suggest looking up content warnings for this one because it's quite dark and heavy.

Would definitely recommend NK Jemisin's Broken Earth Trilogy & Samantha Shannon's Priory of the Orange Tree/ Day of Fallen Night. Also:
Black Leopard, Red Wolf & the sequel Moon Witch, Spider King by Marlon James.
Clive Barker- Abarat, Imajica, The Great & Secret Show.
Stargazer & Heretic, Miguel Conner
Any of the books by Deborah Harkness -the TV adaptation of her Discovery of Witches is good as well.
His Dark Materials- Philip Pullman. One of the first which got me into this genre in my teens. I re read it after watching the TV version which was on a few years ago & understood the concepts/ themes in it better the second time round.
If you want to check out some older/ classic material then the Earthsea books by Ursula LeGuin, The Sea Priestess & Moon Magic by Dion Fortune & Ray Bradbury's Something Wicked This Way Comes are worth a look too.

Ooh I forgot to mention Ursula K. Le Guin! The Left Hand of Darkness and The Dispossessed by her are also excellent

Bookshops & Bonedust by Travis Baldree. To be honest, I don’t read much because I simply don’t have the time. But recently, my friend recommended domypaper.com , and I’m thinking of giving it a try. I want to read more—I really miss it. Just a few years ago, I couldn’t have imagined that I would grow to love reading books.
