Hi! @Luckylionxs
Firstly, good luck for your test on the 19th and project on the 15th! (I'm sure you won't need it though!) 🙂
The thought of having to do work over December, especially as it's the festive season can be daunting. I have exams in January and so will be doing coursework/revision over the break, so you aren't alone!
Make sure you still spend time doing the things you enjoy, and definitely schedule some days off where you do no work! This helps avoid burnouts and allows you to still stay productive.

Hi there!

Good luck in your test and assignment!

I have some work to do over Christmas too as I have some deadlines in January. This can feel annoying as you want to enjoy your break over Christmas but if you plan your time out well in advance, you can still do lots of fun things and enjoy Christmas.

I would make a plan of some kind so that you know you have lots of good things to look forward to and ensure that you still have fun plans with your friends and family as well as making sure that you get all of your work done and then you will feel more relaxed!

I hope some of this helps.

Hi there,

I also have work to do over the winter break.

It can be frustrating, as I just want some time to relax, but I've learnt that it is actually super helpful to chip away at it over this time. It makes my workload in January so much more manageable, which helps to make the start of the new semester less stressful!

As others have said, it is best to make sure you have a balance of academic work and fun activities to look forward to. Setting small goals (e.g., getting a couple hundred words done, finding sources) and scheduling can help with this. Set out days that you won't do any work, and scatter some fun plans in-between. My planner is my best friend, especially over the break!

Best of luck for your test and project,
