Thought I’d start a thread since I haven’t seen one yet- how far is everyone along in the process? Has anyone had their interviews yet?

Hello! Just found this thread - I got an email today saying I was successful at interview but not sure if I’m going to get assigned a department or if I’m in the reserve pool! How was your interview? Hope it went well!

got the same email today, well done. I am assuming I will be assigned a department, if we got put in a reserve pool would we have got a congratulations email? Some interview feedback is also available on application centre, if you haven't seen. Who did you interview with? I thought I would be assigned to the department I interviewed with tbh

Congrats to you too! From reading the application guidance and from similar threads to this one last year, the successful at interview email doesn’t necessarily mean you won’t be placed on the reserve list - I could be wrong though! Hopefully they don’t keep us waiting too long for another email with our position!
I interviewed with the Office for Science which was really cool, lovely interviewers too! How about you?

I was interviewed by the Treasury and think it would be pretty cool to be placed there as well, the interviewers were great but their wifi did cut out...

I interviewed at the treasury as well and was successful too!
Also i does anyone know that the next steps would be after the scheme (if ur successful, do they give u a place on the grad scheme/ fast track you to an interview)

hi when did u do ur interview? I did mine last week, apparently there were delays so they said It could take a while...

My interview was in mid-December

ah right fair, probably when they were meant to be, Hopefully my chances aren't diminished because they did some interviews after people got offers😂

I emailed and asked and they said all interviews needed to be done so they could set a pass mark, how late was your interview? I'm sure you'll be fine though dw

Jan 15th was my interview and seems some people had an offer confirmed before then?
